Very few people can live in isolation. We generally do better when we have people around to talk to, share stories with, and support us. I feel this is especially true when it comes to faith and religion. Here, I will attempt to share my thoughts and reflect on my spiritual journey -- I know this will further strengthen my faith, and I hope this will positively influence yours as well.  - CradleCatholic2.0

How Great Thou Art

There is a time to work hard and a time to rest & relax. Thankfully, I'm currently on vacation -- road trip from Boston to Acadia National Park in Maine, then to New Hampshire and Vermont to see the White Mountain and Green Mountain National Forests.

I love nature. I enjoy meandering through trails along rivers and waterfalls because the sound of flowing water is incredibly relaxing. I love watching the sunrise and sunset, symbolizing the beginning and ending of the day. I also love seeing the many different shades of yellow, orange, and red leaves, which signifies the start of my favorite time of year: Fall! These are things I don't pay attention to in my everyday busy life, and I wish I could capture it all but pictures really don't do justice to the beauty of my surroundings. The best way to describe my feelings is in the song "How Great Thou Art."

This Fall, wherever you are, remember to take a little time to enjoy what's around you. I'm sure it won't be hard to do!
